The kettlebell classes we offer are designed to help you develop strength in varying ranges of motion, which can help facilitate your other activities. Students who are new to kettlebells really notice the workout in the hamstrings, gluteals, and lower back in addition to the more-expected shoulders and arms.
You can expect to gain strength, and increase range and stability in your shoulders. Weights start as low as 3-5lb "mini bells" and then progress through 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, 16kg, 20kg and 24kg bells. Classes are 1 hour with a combination of strength/power moves and endurance moves, with a structured warm-up and cool-down.
