Kids Classes
Active kids develop into healthy active adults. Help your kids develop good movement habits early with a program that gives them confidence in themselves and their abilities as they learn the skills required for self discipline and perseverance.
The children's classes are structured to be fun while instilling the traditional values of discipline and respect for others. The children are encouraged to improve but always at their own pace. Achievements are rewarded but not guaranteed. This ensures that the child's performance is something that they can be truly proud of.
Young bodies are constantly growing and changing and because of this the exercise is designed to be appropriate for their ability.
Classes for children are held during the week for students aged between 3 and 12 years old and the classes run all year.
